Delivery

• Shipping fee: 100 EGP to all governorates in Egypt.
• Free shipping on orders above 10,000 EGP.
• Delivery time: within a maximum of 72 hours.

Return Policy

• You may return your order within 14 days of the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be new and unused, in their original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.
• The cost of shipping the returned item is paid by the customer.
• Refunds are issued by bank transfer, matching the way the purchase was made.

Warranty

• 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty is provided by the authorized dealer and distributor in Egypt and the Middle East.
• The warranty card is delivered with the product and the invoice.
