Terms and Conditions:

• Giant Gift Cards can be used only in Giant branches inside Egypt and through the website.
• Gift cards can be charged with a minimum balance of EGP 100 and a maximum balance of EGP 100,000 through the website.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded once issued.
• The gift card remains the property of its holder and may not be tampered with or interfered with without our consent.
• The Customer should ensure the correctness of the receiver’s information before sending the gift card. Also, once the Gift Card is issued or sent, we will not be able to change this information.
• The only option would be to stop the card but if it hasn’t been used.
• The ownership of the Gift cards is transferable, and therefore Giant will not be responsible for verifying the ownership of the Gift Card holder before accepting it at the time of payment.
• Giant reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
• Gift Cards can be purchased from any Giant branch in Egypt or through the official website and the email and phone number must be verified by the customer.
• The ownership of the Gift card is transferable; therefore Giant will not be responsible for verifying the ownership of the Gift Card holder.
